So many people think sadness, happiness, hurt, joy all happen to them. The truth of the matter is, all emotions, regardless if we label them positive or negative do not happen to us. We created them from within ourselves.

The way we feel is always created by a thought. When we learn of a situation or experience something in our lives, we then have a thought about it, regardless if we are conscious of it or not. From that thought we create how we feel.

For example, if we feel anger, that is a natural emotion and in some situations is normal or justifiable. We don’t have to look at anger as a bad or wrong emotion. Feeling all emotions and feelings is important.

When we work on feeling our feelings and learn to love the life WE CREATE, it will open the door for so much more joy, fulfillment, and HAPPINESS.

How to Create Happiness

You can find or create happiness in yourself, your life, career, and relationships. When we take time to learn more about ourselves, we create deeper connections with ourselves. Just like when we build a friendship with someone, the longer we build on that friendship, the more time we spend with them and the more we learn about them, the deeper the connection and bond. We can do that with ourselves, too.

Things to do to Create Happiness Within Yourself

Have a deeper inner knowledge of where you are going. Ask yourself:

FIND

· What are my goals?

STORY ABOUT YOURSELF

· What is the current story I tell myself about myself?

· What is the story I rather tell myself about myself?

BELIEFS — Current

· What are my current beliefs?

– Do you beat yourself up, have shame or judgement? Explain

– Do you listen to all the social “shoulds” and then tell yourself you aren’t enough?

· What do you believe about fulfilling your goals?

· Why do you have the current results in your life?

BELIEFS — Future

· What are the results I want most in my life?

· What beliefs keep me from achieving them?

· What do I need to believe to get the results I want?

· Why don’t you believe it yet?

Be willing to realize that there is nothing we need to hide or keep from ourselves. Be willing to be open, raw, and honest with ourselves. This is the best way to get to know our true selves. Allow all the feelings. Feeling and experiencing the truth of your feelings and speaking the truth about them will change your experience about your life and what you create for yourself.

Find happiness means finding you in what you do have, in who you are and how you are becoming.

– the day-to-day stuff

– our relationships

– the not so fun yucky stuff

Regardless of what you are dealing with or experiencing in life right now, even if you experience happiness how, what would it look like if you created and had that much more? What if you had 10x more happiness?
