When we think about where we are and where we want to go, we must discover what is holding us back, and then let go of it, and that is when the transformation happens.
Loving yourself is to have high regard for yourself, your well-being, and your happiness. I am going to share an overview of the three steps, and why they are key to having true self love.

To let go is a process of allowing yourself to let go of old stories and beliefs about yourself. To let go and not hold yourself back from what is possible.
DISCOVER
We work together and take time to look at what you currently believe and decide from a place of love, what you want to change in your habits and thinking. What do you REALLY want for yourself?
TRANSFORM
The amazing and inevitable transformation of your life now and your future, as a result of the shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Why are these so KEY to Self-Love?
When we hold onto old stories and beliefs about ourselves, we give away our power. When we believe what others say as truth about us, or what we tell ourselves about ourselves, that doesn’t serve us. We stop ourselves from living into our possibilities.
We are all worthy of self-love, we were worthy the day we came into existence, and that truly hasn’t change. The only thing that has changed is our THINKING. So, we must retrain those thought pathways to ones that serve us and to have true Self Love.
